You may have the opportunity to purchase various products and services through the BuddIn platform. These offerings are intended to enhance your experience and provide access to exclusive features, tools, and content. By completing a purchase, you agree to enter a transaction that grants access to the specific item or service available at the time. You may also qualify for special promotions, discounts, or new features as they become available. Before confirming any purchase or subscription, please review the details carefully.
1. Pricing
Credits or other units (like minutes) do not carry a fixed cash value. Their cost may vary significantly depending on the selected package and any promotional offers, which can differ based on region or package size.
Subscription fees may change from time to time, depending on region, subscription length, or service changes.
We routinely test new features and pricing models, which may affect the cost or availability of certain features.
The number of credits required for specific platform functions may change, and users may not receive prior notice. Whether a feature is free or paid can also depend on your account type—guest accounts (no purchase or zero credit) may face limitations.
Displayed prices may differ by country due to exchange rates, local taxes, or regional service costs.
In some locations, local currency payment may not be available. In such cases, charges will either appear in a foreign currency (such as USD or EUR), or the local price will be converted accordingly.
2. Payment Methods
Purchases made through Google Play, the App Store, iTunes, Apple ID, or similar platforms are subject to both BuddIn’s Terms and Privacy Policy and the terms of those respective platforms. Their billing, cancellation, and refund policies take precedence over BuddIn’s policies.
3. Automatic Subscription Renewals
To maintain uninterrupted service, all paid BuddIn subscriptions automatically renew upon expiration (credits and similar units excluded, unless auto-top-up is enabled). Renewals occur on the subscription's end date or the next available business day unless cancellation is requested beforehand. Renewal terms will be presented prior to purchase and confirmed via receipt. By accepting these Terms, you agree that your subscription may auto-renew unless canceled in advance. You can opt out of auto-renewal at any time by contacting buddin_support@refpte.com for support.
4. Cancellations and Refunds (Right of Withdrawal)
For purchases made via third-party platforms like Google Play or Apple’s App Store, their cancellation and refund policies take precedence over BuddIn’s. This includes their decisions regarding eligibility for a refund during any applicable cooling-off period. BuddIn does not control the outcome of such requests. By purchasing through these platforms, you acknowledge that refund decisions lie solely with the platform provider. Any refund-related disputes must be directed to Google or Apple—not BuddIn.
