This Refund Policy explains your rights and our practices regarding refunds for all purchases made through our platform, whether via app stores or external payment providers.

 

1. Purchases Through Apple App Store

If you purchased subscriptions, coins, or other digital products through the Apple App Store:

•  All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.

•  We do not have access to Apple’s billing system and cannot issue refunds for purchases processed by Apple.

•  Refund decisions are made solely by Apple in accordance with their policies.

Important: Cancellation of subscriptions through Apple prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

 

2. Purchases Through Google Play

If you purchased subscriptions, coins, or other digital products through Google Play:

•  Refund requests may be handled by Google Play according to its refund policies.

•  You may also contact our support team for assistance in submitting a refund request.

•  Refund requests can be submitted through: Google Play Support

•  Approval of refunds is subject to Google’s policies and review process.

Note: Cancelling a subscription stops future payments but does not automatically refund the current period.

 

3. Purchases Through External Payment Providers

For purchases made via our website or other external payment providers (including credit/debit card, PayPal, or other authorized third-party providers):

•  Refund requests should be submitted directly to our customer support team.

•  Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

○  The purchased item or digital content was not delivered successfully.

○  The user was charged multiple times for the same transaction.

○  A technical issue prevented proper use of the purchased product.

○  Other exceptional situations reviewed and approved by our support team.

Refund Process:

•  Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible.

•  Our team aims to review refund requests within 3–7 business days.

 

4. Non-Refundable Purchases

Unless required by law, the following purchases are generally non-refundable:

•  Digital products that have already been delivered and consumed.

•  Coins, credits, or virtual items that have been used.

•  Purchases made accidentally after payment confirmation.

•  Requests based solely on a change of mind.

•  Subscription periods that have already been used.

 

5. Subscription Cancellation

•  Users can cancel subscriptions at any time through the platform where the subscription was purchased.

•  Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

•  For recurring subscriptions purchased via app stores, cancellation must follow the app store’s instructions.

 

6. How to Request a Refund

•  Date of purchase
